9-5-第五节 小 结
γδT细胞有可能在宿主防御中起着决定性的作用。近来的证据表明在感染病原体后,它们对免疫应答的调节十分重要。逐渐累积的资料表明,它们在自身免疫病和免疫调节中起着一定作用。有证据显示,γδT细胞通过产生的细胞因子经由对获得性免疫应答中细胞的直接作用,或者通过天然免疫成分或屏障的相互作用介导上述效应。然而,在免疫应答,特别是自身免疫应答中,γδT细胞的生物学功能远未搞清。未来的研究需要获得更多有关γδT细胞免疫生物学的知识,才能具体回答为什么它们在体内能够产生有活性的表型,它们产生的细胞因子是如何受到调节的,它们如何与天然性和获得性免疫应答的其他细胞相互作用的。 : Z/ R( N# E, q i
